Withdrawal Policy

for consumers with paid subscriptions on OpenArtRoom

Right of withdrawal

Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the date on which the contract is concluded.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us at:

by means of a clear statement, for example by email or letter, of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

You may use the sample withdrawal form below for this purpose, but this is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the notification of exercising your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal.

For this refund, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original payment, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. You will not incur any fees as a result of this refund.

If you requested that the service begin during the withdrawal period, you must pay us a reasonable amount. This amount corresponds to the proportion of the services already provided up to the time at which you inform us of the exercise of the right of withdrawal, compared with the full scope of the services provided for in the contract.

Expiry of the right of withdrawal

In the case of a contract for digital services, the right of withdrawal expires if we have fully performed the service and only began performing the service after you had expressly agreed that we may begin performance before the expiry of the withdrawal period, and you confirmed your knowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal upon full performance of the contract.
